    returns

    We accept returns within [30] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • in the same condition u received it
    • accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

    non-returnable items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on:

    • damaged items caused by misuse
    • items returned without original packaging
    • gift cards
    • final sale items, if marked as final sale at checkout

    damaged, defective, or wrong items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or u received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@lumorawear.co] with:
    • your order number
    • clear photos of the item
    • clear photos of the packaging
    We’ll review it and make it right as quickly as possible.

    refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let u know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

    shipping costs

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
